Getting started

From sign-up to tomorrow's board.

Five steps, in any order you like. There is no fixed wizard. Each step links to the real screen.

1

Create your firm

Enter your firm name, state, your name, mobile, e-mail and a password. The state sets the court calendar and holidays. You become the managing partner. Your 14-day trial starts. No card needed.

2

Add your people

Give each partner, associate, clerk and accounts person a role. The role decides what they can see. A temporary password is shown once. They set their own password when they first sign in.

3

Bring in your cases

Paste a CNR, import a spreadsheet or enter a bar number. You can also photograph a page of your diary and check the rows. Past hearings and statutory dates come in too. Nothing is saved until you press Import.

4

Add a client

Start with six fields. Add identity proof and bank details only when you need them. The conflict check runs while you fill in the details.

5

Set your working days and holidays

Your firm's holidays never move a statutory date. Statutory dates follow the court calendar.

Five small things to do

Install the phone app and sign in. Load tomorrow's board while you have signal.
Add your hearings to your calendar app with the iCal link.
Record your first hearing result from the court corridor. The app drafts the client update for you.
Add fee terms to your active cases. The first invoice is then built from the file.
Invite your clerk and give them the clerk role. This role sees less, on purpose.

If you don't subscribe after the trial, the account becomes read-only. You can still read, print and export everything.
